PREMIUM QUALITY WOOD FIRED PIZZA’S
All our pizza doughs are hand made using only the finest quality ingredients and baked in our wood-fired oven.
The majority of our products are imported from Italy, such as: Fior di Latte Mozzarella Cheese from Agerola, Mozzarella Bufalo DOP & peeled tomatoes San Marzano DOP from Salerno, Cualatello from Zibello, Burrata cheese from Puglia, Organic Flours Mulino Marino.

WHAT WE DO
We come to your venue 1 night before the event (due to Bangkok’s traffic legislation on heavy trucks, we can move our truck only after 10 pm). On the day of event, our staff will arrive at your venue at least 3 hours before to set up the oven and other equipment and to allow time for the oven to fire up to temperature.
WHERE CAN IT GO
For parking the Pizza Truck at your venue, we need a space measuring at least 12 mt x 5 mt. These are the measuring of the truck with the doors opened. The parking space needs to be fairly accessible by the truck.
OTHER ADDITIONAL OPTIONS
We can supply as additional option a selection of Italian Cold Cut or/and Cheese.
We will provide you with a bespoke price once we know exactly what extras you require.
